Reports indicate that the snakes were first spotted by a security guard on duty.\n\nReacting quickly to the situation for the safety of everyone present, the guard immediately placed a call to the forest department. Following this, forest officials along with snake rescuer Vicky Dubey arrived at Mannat. The team conducted a thorough search across the entire estate. During this inspection, one of the snakes was found hiding inside a shed located within the bungalow's garden area.\n\nVicky Dubey carefully extracted the reptile and shared that it is a rat snake belonging to the Dhamon species, measuring about eight feet in length. The Dhamon is also commonly known as the Indian rhat snake or Ghorapachhad. Notably, this particular species of snake is not venomous. However, before the team could secure the second snake, it managed to slip away and escape from the spot. Search operations were carried out for a considerable amount of time to locate it, but it could not be found anywhere.\n\nThe forest department officials suggested that the second snake might have crawled out of the bungalow premises entirely. It is worth noting that repair and renovation work is currently underway inside Mannat. Due to these ongoing works, Shah Rukh Khan is not residing at the bungalow at the moment and has temporarily shifted to another apartment in Bandra along with his family.\n\nThis is not the first instance of a snake entering a Bollywood celebrity's home in Mumbai.
