To combat the rising waters, authorities quickly established relief camps equipped to supply food and essential baby food items to families driven out of their homes.

According to the Chief Minister, 17 relief camps have been operationalized, accommodating a total of 413 families comprising 1,305 people. Disaster response teams have been heavily deployed into vulnerable zones, utilizing boats for active rescue and evacuation operations. He emphasized that the state government maintains a high alert status, with officials, disaster management personnel, local councillors, and party workers operating around the clock.
