In court, Salman Khan was represented by senior advocate Nizam Pasha. He argued before the judge that through this film the actor's 'personality rights' are being openly misused. The lawyer also reminded the court of last year's High Court order, which was passed to protect the private rights of celebrities. Salman Khan's clear stance is that his personal life and aspects linked to this case cannot be dragged onto the screen without his consent.
The matter is extremely sensitive for Salman Khan, as he does not want any filmmaker to line their pockets or grab publicity by using his image or his old legal disputes.
