According to the victim, her husband not only tore her clothes but also hit her with shoes and repeatedly slapped her while pulling her hair. The accused did not stop there; he cut her hair with scissors, then completely shaved her head, and smeared her face with a black substance. The woman has also made the serious allegation that her husband forced her to drink urine. This horrific incident occurred on June 14 in Pandopara village, which falls under the Patna police station area of the district.
Torment After 15 Years of Love Marriage
While the incident took place in Pandopara village, Patna police station area, Korea district, the victim is originally from Surajpur district. The woman informed the police that about 15 years ago, she had a love marriage with Jitendra, a resident of Runiadih, Surajpur district. The couple has four children, who are currently living with their father. The victim stated that her husband had been living separately from her for the past year, causing her to face financial and mental difficulties.
Events Leading to the Incident and Husband's Suspicion
The woman mentioned that a person named Ramesh from the community had been helping her. In connection with this, she had visited Ramesh's house in Pandopara on June 11. The woman alleges that on the morning of June 14, around 7 AM, her husband Jitendra arrived there and called her outside. Following this, he verbally abused her, threatened to kill her, and began physically assaulting her. It is alleged that the husband tied her hands and forcibly cut and shaved her hair using scissors and a blade. A video of the incident was also reportedly made during this time. The woman further claimed that her husband had long harbored suspicions about her character.
Police Action Following Viral Videos
Videos of this incident surfaced on social media on Thursday, showing the woman with her hands and feet tied, while a man repeatedly slaps and kicks her, shaves her head, and rubs a black substance on her face and body. Prompt police action led to the arrest of the accused husband immediately after the videos went viral.
