If you are a die-hard fan of the TV serial ‘Anupamaa’, the 12th June episode is set to shake you up. On one side the story brings a mother’s affection face to face with a daughter’s anger, while on the other a member of the household itself has fully prepared to stab his own people in the back. This episode shows a mother yearning for her estranged daughter and a fresh rebellion among the Shah family’s children, one that is poised to turn the entire story on its head.
Raahi’s Anger Lingers
The episode opens with Anupama going up to her daughter Raahi and lovingly trying to embrace her. Anupama’s heartfelt wish is that Raahi forget all her resentment and the old bitter memories and come into her mother’s arms. But the old hurts are still alive in Raahi’s heart, and so she rejects Anupama’s love.
Another Scheme by Toshu
Meanwhile, Toshu refuses to give up his bad habits and keeps stirring up some new trouble in the house every other day. In today’s episode he pulls off yet another big bit of cunning. Lured by money, he reveals some confidential matters connected to Prem’s café and to Anupama to a man named Gautam. Toshu cares only about his own profit and money, even if the price has to be paid by his own mother. This new move of his is set to become a major crisis for Anupama in the coming days.
Ansh’s Distress and Missing Dimpy
In the meantime, the children’s pain also comes to the fore in the episode. Ansh is deeply troubled by the tangles in his life and misses his mother Dimpy a great deal. The other members of the Shah family too turn emotional remembering Dimpy, leaving the atmosphere at home heavy with sorrow. Baa and Kavya are together trying to look after the children and keep the household in order, but amid the antics of the likes of Toshu and Pakhi the task is far from easy.
Pakhi and Ishaani at Odds
Later in the show, the friction between Pakhi and her daughter Ishaani is depicted. As always, Pakhi tries to impose her wishes on Ishaani, but this time Ishaani is in no mood to back down. Going against her mother’s harsh behaviour, she makes up her mind to take a big step. Seeing this changed attitude in her daughter, Pakhi is both stunned and furious. It is clear that a new conflict is about to knock on the Shah family’s door.
A Big Suspense at the End
The episode leaves several questions unanswered at the close—will Raahi ever be able to forgive her mother Anupama? Will Toshu’s betrayal wreck the game Anupama has so carefully built? And on the other hand, how Anupama will save herself from the new trouble looming over the café will be utterly gripping to watch.
