Trump's Endorsement for Mazzei
President Donald Trump recently announced his full backing for Mike Mazzei in the race for Oklahoma Governor on the social media platform Truth Social. Trump stated in his post that he gives Mazzei his 'COMPLETE and TOTAL Endorsement' for Oklahoma. Expressing his affection for the state, he recalled being the 'ONLY President to win ALL 77 Counties in three straight Elections' there, and also securing 'more votes than any Candidate in the State’s History.'
Criticism of Gentner Drummond: A 'Fake Republican'
Trump launched a strong critique against Mike Mazzei's runoff opponent, Gentner Drummond, branding him a 'FAKE Republican.' Trump alleged that the Drummond family had made 'shameful' level donations to 'SLEEPY Joe Biden' and 'the totally corrupt Lincoln Project.' According to Trump, these actions make Drummond a 'Radical Left Dumocrat.' He urged voters to reject Drummond, citing his 'bad attitude' and failure to uphold 'the Values of Oklahoma.'
The Aluminum Plant Controversy
The president further criticized Gentner Drummond for allegedly wanting to 'dethrone a magnificent, Job producing, desperately needed Aluminum Plant.' Trump described this facility as 'one of the best projects ever conceived or built in the Great State of Oklahoma.' He highlighted that the group developing the project is 'extraordinarily wealthy' and possesses '20 other sites' willing to host the plant if it isn't built in Oklahoma. Trump emphasized the critical need for aluminum for various reasons, especially national security, noting its scarce production in the United States and suggesting Oklahoma could 'lead the way.' He clarified that Mike Mazzei supports this 'desperately needed Job Producer,' whereas Drummond, 'for his own reasons,' opposes it and 'even SUED, unsuccessfully, to block it.' Trump confirmed that the plant is destined to be the 'Biggest Aluminum Plant in the Country,' and its financing and completion are already 'done.'
Impeachment and Educational Freedom
Trump also took issue with Gentner Drummond's public declaration of having 'no opinion' on the 'BOGUS IMPEACHMENT of a gentleman named, President Donald J. Trump (ME!).' Trump asserted that 'All Republicans feel the opposite' regarding the 'Dumocrat inspired Impeachment Hoax.' Additionally, Trump pointed out that Drummond 'even SUED to BLOCK a religious based charter school strongly supported by my Administration,' which Trump found 'Very troubling for Educational Freedom, and an outright attack on Christianity!'
