This summer, he is spending peaceful days with his grandson at his lavish farmhouse. He has earlier urged people to spend time in the village with their children too. Now, he has thrilled his fans by showing the produce of cashew trees, vegetables and fruits grown at his farmhouse. People are delighted to see his beautiful farmhouse.
Sunil Lahri has posted a video of his farmhouse on his X account, in which he is seen offering a glimpse of the many vegetables and fruits growing in the fields. His bond with the soil, the farm and the plants is winning the hearts of viewers. In the video, he explains that he has grown a range of fruits and vegetables at his farmhouse, including watermelon, banana, papaya, cashew, cauliflower and capsicum. The actor also revealed that he is farming entirely in an organic way.
In his message, Lahri expressed concern over food adulteration and appealed to people to take up farming themselves.
There is so much adulteration in food items that there is no count of it, and no one even fears the law over it. It is better that we grow our own food and eat it ourselves. This is a small effort of mine on the farm, and all of us should make such an effort on our windows and balconies as well.
Gave a Farmhouse Tour Through the Video
In this roughly one-and-a-half-minute-long video, Sunil Lahri gave a complete tour of his farmhouse. He was seen going up to every single fruit and vegetable to show its produce. The way he described everything from juicy mangoes to pungent chillies reflects his deep attachment to farming. He even plucked moringa (drumstick) pods from a tree to show them. Fans are commenting heavily on the video, praising the farming while also asking questions related to it.

Appeal to People to Promote Farming
A few weeks ago, Sunil Lahri had shared moments of bathing in the pool with his grandson. At the time, he was at the farmhouse along with his son and brother. In another video, he had explained how cultivating barren land could help reduce inflation. In yet another video, he was seen talking about farming. Based on his travel experiences, he said that he saw people farming only in a few places, while most of the land appeared to be lying empty.
In one of his messages, the actor listed the benefits of farming.
Three targets with one arrow: cheaper food, unemployment reduced to some extent, and proper use of barren land.
According to the actor, the condition of the country is much the same. He has appealed to the government to frame a law that can promote farming. He believes that if a landowner does not cultivate his vacant fields for two years or more, the government should confiscate such land. A native of Damoh in Madhya Pradesh, Sunil Lahri is not confined to acting and farming alone—he also owns a production house of his own.
