Ram Mandir: A Fortress of Faith
The Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, stands as one of the most significant religious sites in India. With thousands of devotees visiting daily, the temple complex has been equipped with an extremely robust and modern security apparatus. Multiple security agencies remain on high alert around the clock, utilizing advanced technology to monitor every activity within and around the premises.
A Three-Tiered Security Framework
According to SP Security Balramachari Dubey, a comprehensive three-tier security system is actively enforced at the Ram Mandir complex. The initial tier focuses on screening devotees and managing their entry into the premises. The second tier involves intensive surveillance of sensitive areas within the temple complex. The third and final tier positions specialized security forces ready to respond to any emergency situation.
Dedicated Security Forces in Place
Personnel from the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Special Security Force (SSF), and Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) are constantly on duty, ensuring the temple's safety. Additionally, trained commandos from the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) are deployed 24 hours a day for vigilance and security responsibilities. Continuous coordination between these security agencies is maintained to enable an immediate response to any potential threat.
Advanced Technological Surveillance
The Ram Mandir complex is equipped with a state-of-the-art CCTV surveillance system. Officials have stated that over a thousand high-resolution CCTV cameras have been installed across the complex and its immediate surroundings, providing round-the-clock monitoring of every movement. Footage from these cameras is continuously observed from a central control room, where security personnel maintain constant vigilance.
Anti-Drone System and Comprehensive Coverage
To further bolster security, an anti-drone system has also been implemented at the temple complex. This system is capable of identifying any suspicious drones and neutralizing them. Furthermore, drones are also utilized to surveil the surrounding areas. In essence, the security of the Ram Mandir is comprehensively ensured across all three dimensions: land, water, and air.
Serious Allegations of Internal Embezzlement
Despite such extensive and robust external security measures, a case alleging the embezzlement and theft of millions of rupees from the temple's donation boxes is currently a major topic of discussion. Security experts emphasize that external security arrangements and internal financial processes are distinct matters. Preliminary information suggests that the allegations pertain to certain employees involved in the counting and management of donation funds. Consequently, the government has constituted a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to thoroughly probe the matter.
Investigation Underway, External Security Reassured
Currently, the SIT investigation is ongoing, and the concerned agencies are meticulously examining the entire case. Therefore, it would be premature to reach any conclusions before the investigation is complete. Meanwhile, security officials have reiterated that the external security system of the Ram Mandir remains entirely robust, and there is no lapse whatsoever in ensuring the safety of the devotees.
