The ongoing controversy stems from Kajal Raghwani's candid revelations during the show Bhojpuri Bawal, where she made serious charges against prominent industry figures. Kajal targeted actor Pawan Singh regarding an incident during the filming of the 2008 movie Kaise Ho Ja Pyar. She claimed that an attempt was made to force a kissing scene without her prior knowledge or consent. When she firmly refused to perform the scene, Pawan Singh allegedly walked off the set in protest.
