Acting on directives from the Uttar Pradesh government, the Regional Employment Office of Meerut Division has outlined and launched a plan to conduct decentralized job fairs across every legislative assembly constituency covering Meerut, Hapur, Noida, Greater Noida, Baghpat, and Bulandshahr. The central objective is to assist thousands of young job seekers in securing steady employment ahead of the festive season of Deepawali.
Assembly Constituency Rollout and Dedicated Initiatives for Women
Details outlined by the Assistant Director of the Regional Employment Office, Shashibhushan Upadhyay, emphasize that youth employment remains an essential priority. Several drives have already been completed as part of this ongoing initiative, including sessions hosted at Vinayak Degree College in the Sardhana assembly constituency and at the Women ITI within the Cantt assembly constituency. Continuing this schedule, a dedicated recruitment camp specifically designed for female candidates is set to take place on 29 September at the Rudra Institute of Institution in the Hastinapur assembly segment under the thematic title Sakhi.
Following this targeted event, further recruitment drives are slated for the month of October across the Meerut South assembly constituency, Kithore assembly segment, and Meerut City constituency. By decentralizing these gatherings, private sector organizations and prominent corporate firms are brought directly to local candidates across different urban and rural blocks.

The operational framework is not limited to Meerut district alone. Administrative orders have been formally communicated to all district employment offices across the entire division, instructing officers to organize assembly-wise recruitment camps throughout their respective jurisdictions. The qualification bracket has been structured inclusively to accommodate candidates across academic levels. Individuals holding an eighth-standard pass credential, along with graduates, postgraduates, technically trained candidates, and non-technical applicants, are eligible to present their credentials. Selected individuals will be offered monthly salaries ranging from a baseline minimum of 13000 to an upper threshold of 45000 depending on relevant qualifications and designated roles.

Completing this digital registration provides candidates with immediate access to schedules, reporting hours, locations, and company specific opening details.
