Bollywood actor Tanishaa Mukerji recently undertook a spiritual pilgrimage to the famed Kainchi Dham in Uttarakhand, visiting the revered ashram of Neem Karoli Baba to seek blessings. Documenting her retreat, the actor posted several photographs from her visit on her official Instagram handle, showing herself immersed in the serene atmosphere alongside companions.
Overcoming Apprehensions About Crowds
Sharing details about her state of mind before embarking on the trip, Mukerji revealed that while she felt deep anticipation, she also dealt with concerns regarding the journey. After coming across social media reels dated October 3, she had felt anxious about the potential surge of visitors and heavy rush at the shrine. Despite these hesitations, she placed her faith in Baba and decided to proceed. Reflecting on the timing, she noted that everything in life revolves around destiny and that everyone eventually receives their spiritual calling.
Traditional Attire and Peaceful Ashrama Nights
In the pictures uploaded online, Mukerji embraced traditional Indian wear, sporting an elegant cream and peach colored suit. One photograph captured her folding her hands in quiet devotion within the sacred premises, while another showed her taking in the tranquil night environment of the ashram grounds. She noted that every part of the expedition, extending from the Kainchi Dham ashram to her visit to the Golu Devta temple, became a deeply cherished experience.
Commending Local Hospitality and Logistics
Mukerji also extended heartfelt gratitude to the individuals and teams who facilitated her itinerary. She offered special acknowledgements to Kalpana from Shri Gajanan Travels and Deepak for managing transport logistics, along with Pragya and Neeraj from Ensober Hotels for overseeing accommodation. Describing the entire venture as truly magical, she highlighted how the comfortable lodging and delicious Rajasthani cuisine elevated her overall stay.
Box Office Triumph of Film on Neem Karoli Baba
The popularity of the pilgrimage destination has coincided with notable cinematic interest. On August 7 this year, the biographical movie ‘Hanuman Ansh’, based on the life of Neem Karoli Baba, arrived on the big screen. Produced on a modest budget of merely 2 crore, the feature went on to record remarkable box office earnings, generating widespread acclaim among audiences both within India and across the globe.
