A tragic incident unfolded on Monday afternoon in Ward Number 11 of Ferozpur Jhirka town in Nuh district, Haryana, where a roughly 25-year-old married woman lost her life under mysterious circumstances, sending shockwaves through the entire neighborhood. The deceased had allegedly been facing immense distress over dowry demands for quite some time. Following the tragic event, the victim's maternal family leveled serious allegations against her in-laws and formally approached the local police station with a complaint.
Marriage took place six months ago
According to available details, the marriage of the deceased had taken place about six months prior to the incident. Following the wedding, she was residing with her husband at their home in Ward Number 11 of Ferozpur Jhirka town. Her maternal relatives have alleged that she was continuously harassed over dowry demands ever since the wedding ceremony. Police intervention and hospital transfer

Responding immediately, the City Police Station team arrived at the scene, took custody of the body, and initiated the necessary legal proceedings. The police transferred the body to Al-Aफिया Hospital in Mandikhera for a post-mortem examination to determine the exact cause of death.
Case registered against eight individuals
Based on the formal complaint lodged by the victim's brother, the police have registered a case of dowry death against eight people.
