With the Monsoon Session entering its fourth day, Congress MP KC Venugopal submitted an Adjournment Motion notice in the Lok Sabha. He demanded a halt to scheduled business to address the "severe and ongoing crisis" within India's testing systems and the recent police actions targeting student demonstrators at Jantar Mantar on July 20.
