Referring to the northeastern states as 'Ashtalakshmi', he noted that the region has now emerged as a robust foundation for a 'Viksit Bharat'. This progress, according to him, is driven by enhanced connectivity, rapid developmental projects, rising financial investments, and newly ignited aspirations.
