Before the year 1990, Rupendra Mohan Dubey spent his days engaged in agricultural work. He operated his own tractor, plowing fields for local farmers at a rate of 60 rupees per hour. As time progressed, he also ventured into retail by opening a grocery shop at Dollar House Chowk in Purnia. However, he always found greater joy in living for others rather than focusing solely on himself, a trait deeply rooted in his upbringing.

Rupendra Mohan Dubey's mother was a social worker who continuously instilled noble values in him. She always encouraged him to work for the betterment of society and to establish a venture that would bring pride to the community while creating accessible employment opportunities for people in need. Establishment and Popularity of Dubey Darbar
Drawing strength and direction from his mother's advice, Rupendra Mohan Dubey established a restaurant-style dhaba named Dubey Darbar on his ancestral land located near the newly constructed bypass along Sipahi Tola Baksa Ghat Road in Purnia. The establishment prepares over 100 delicious culinary dishes, drawing food enthusiasts in large numbers. The venue consistently attracts crowds of visitors, with a strong emphasis maintained on high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Bringing Livelihoods to Twenty-Two Families
