Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffrey and Riteish Deshmukh starrer Dhamaal 4 is set to hit theatres on July 10, but before its big screen release, the film has run into a round of censor cuts. The Central Board of Film Certification, or CBFC, has cleared Indra Kumar's directorial venture, though only after trimming a few portions. Promotions for the film are in full swing, new songs keep dropping, and fans are eagerly waiting for its release.
What the CBFC ordered to be changed
Two scenes featuring objectionable hand gestures from the cast have been altered. Seven vulgar words used in the dialogues were also removed and replaced. Only after these fixes did the film get the go ahead for release. Once the required changes were made, the CBFC issued Dhamaal 4's clearance certificate on July 2. The film has been rated U/A 13+, meaning children under 13 can watch it with parental guidance.

The comedy runs for about 2 hours and 23 minutes. This fourth instalment in the Dhamaal franchise once again brings together the fun chemistry of Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi and Javed Jaffrey. Esha Gupta, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Anjali Anand, Upendra Limaye, Vijay Patkar, Ravi Kishan and Sanjay Mishra also play key roles in the film. The makers recently unveiled the trailer at a grand event, building further excitement ahead of the July 10 theatrical release.
Arshad Warsi says reuniting with the team felt great
Arshad Warsi spoke about teaming up with the old cast once again and promised that Dhamaal 4 would bring back the magic of the original Dhamaal. He did not reveal much about the plot but assured that the film would be just as entertaining as the franchise's first instalment. Arshad said working with the entire cast once again was a wonderful experience and it felt great meeting everyone.
