Sunil Anand was born in Zurich, Switzerland, to the legendary actor Dev Anand and actress Kalpana Kartik. He stepped into the Hindi film industry in 1984 with the movie 'Anand Aur Anand'. A notable highlight of the project was that it featured his father alongside him, marking their first on-screen collaboration together. However, the film failed to make any remarkable impact at the box office. Subsequently, he appeared in films like 'Car Thief' and 'Main Tere Liye', but none of these ventures managed to establish a successful acting career for him.
