The 10th edition of the two-day Jain Trade Fair in Pali, Rajasthan, has concluded on a grand note, serving as a vibrant hub for commerce and community spirit. Organized by the Jain Yuva Sangathan at the Shri Marudhar Kesari Swadhyay Bhavan located in Mahaveer Nagar, the event drew enthusiastic crowds from Pali city as well as neighboring rural and urban regions. From the early morning hours, the premises witnessed constant footfall, creating a dynamic environment filled with commercial activity, traditional crafts, and festive excitement.
Fostering Women's Empowerment and Local Entrepreneurship
Designed primarily to promote female empowerment and foster local entrepreneurship, the trade fair offered a dedicated commercial platform for women operating small businesses from their homes. The Shri Marudhar Kesari Swadhyay Bhavan turned into a major attraction for the entire region, welcoming visitors who gathered to support domestic artisans. The organizing committee focused on giving home-based creators direct access to markets, thereby strengthening the foundation of grassroots business ventures.
A standout aspect of this 10th milestone edition was the participation of women artisans and entrepreneurs not just from Pali, but from multiple states across India. Aligning with the vision of an 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' (Self-Reliant India), participants presented an array of handmade items, traditional artisanal works, and contemporary crafts. By eliminating middleman intervention, the trade fair enabled these women creators to connect directly with shoppers and showcase their talent to a wider audience.
Over 40 Stalls Displaying Diverse Product Categories
According to event coordinators Punit Koka and Hitendra Bafna, more than 40 magnificently decorated stalls were set up during the fair. These stalls featured a wide variety of goods tailored for daily routine needs as well as upcoming festive occasions. The primary product categories included

- Food and Bakery Creations: Crowds gathered around counters featuring delicious homemade chocolates, fresh bakery goods, and pure culinary ingredients.
- Household and Children's Goods: Shoppers explored modern kitchenware collections curated for homes, alongside stalls packed with toys and stationery for children.
Lucky Draws and Family Entertainment Activities
To make the event an engaging outing for visiting families, special recreational activities were organized specifically for women and children. Adding to the excitement of shoppers, the organizers introduced lucky draw contests along with surprise gifts for participants. These entertainment initiatives transformed the trade fair from a routine shopping destination into a memorable cultural experience for families attending from across the district.
