However, observing the severity of his injuries and critical state, medical staff at the health center immediately referred him to BRD Medical College in Gorakhpur for specialized advanced medical care.

Family members claimed that on the night of his disappearance, he was caught inside the woman's residential house by her relatives. They alleged that the woman's family members physically assaulted him, inflicting serious injuries, before tying him up inside a heavy quilt cover and dumping him in a secluded area near the Kotia canal to conceal the crime.
