Bollywood actress Divya Dutta has openly backed a recent statement made by actor Manoj Bajpayee regarding how people view different professions. Manoj Bajpayee had spoken in defense of the police force, stating that individuals should not be judged solely based on their occupation. Divya Dutta has now fully agreed with this sentiment, sharing her candid views on societal perspectives.
During an interview, Divya Dutta stated that Manoj Bajpayee made a very valid point. She noted that people cannot judge a human being merely by their work or profession. According to her, forming an opinion about someone without knowing them closely is entirely wrong, as everyone has a distinct way of thinking and looking at things.
Elaborating further, the actress pointed out that modern audiences tend to gravitate quickly toward negativity while ignoring positive aspects. She added that every profession contains both good and bad individuals, but the core issue lies in how quickly people latch onto negative traits while forgetting the good. Divya emphasized that this mindset needs to change.
The Context Behind Manoj Bajpayee's Remarks
Manoj Bajpayee had earlier addressed the criticism faced by the police force following the CJP protests in Mumbai and Delhi. He argued that the actions of a few wrongdoers should not tarnish the reputation of an entire profession. While noting that some individuals misuse their power, he stressed that many others work with complete honesty, making it unfair to view everyone through the same lens.
