Following a massive outcry on social media platforms after the video of the dangerous confrontation went viral, the victim, identified as Sia, initiated legal proceedings against the driver. The Gurugram Police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) and deployed teams to track down the suspect, who fled the scene immediately after the crash.
Legal Action and the Victim's Stance
The victim, who operates the social media handle rebelwheels_sia_, took to her Instagram account to address her followers and express her gratitude for their concern. In her online update, Sia clarified that she wishes to maintain her privacy and will not be revealing her face or identity to the public during this challenging time. Furthermore, she declined all requests for media interviews, preferring instead to handle the situation through professional legal channels. She confirmed that her legal representative has successfully filed an FIR to ensure strict legal action is taken against the perpetrator. While the impact of the collision was severe, Sia fortunately escaped without sustaining any major or life-threatening injuries. Her family members and close associates have expressed profound anger over the incident, emphasizing that the collision was not a standard road accident but a deliberate, malicious attempt to harm her. In response to this evidence, the police registered a formal case under Sections 125 and 281 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The investigation has been officially handed over to Head Constable Narendra, who is currently gathering additional evidence from the area.

When he tried to contact Kalyan Singh to seek an explanation, he discovered that his friend's mobile phone was switched off and he had gone into hiding. The police are now conducting active raids to locate and apprehend Kalyan Singh to face charges for his dangerous actions on the road.
