A mysterious incident has emerged from Pravesh Nagar in Rohtak, Haryana, where a 25-year-old man living in a live-in relationship has died under suspicious circumstances. The sudden demise has caused a stir in the area, prompting the deceased family to raise serious questions about the sequence of events leading up to his death.
The Deceased Was From Titoli Village
The deceased has been identified as 25-year-old Dheeraj, a resident of Titoli village. According to available information, Dheeraj was living away from his family with a young woman. The information regarding the death was conveyed to the police through a phone call made by the woman herself, following which law enforcement officials rushed to the spot and initiated an inquiry.
Family Alleges Foul Play
According to the family members, Dheeraj had left his home about 20 days ago taking around one lakh 75 thousand rupees with him. After arriving at the scene upon receiving the news, the relatives expressed deep suspicion regarding the nature of his death, outright rejecting the possibility of natural causes. They accused the woman living with him and raised apprehensions that he might have been administered an overdose of drugs. However, the exact cause of death will only be confirmed once the post-mortem report is officially released.
Owner of Property Worth Millions
During the inquiry, it was revealed that the unmarried Dheeraj owned roughly three acres of land, the market value of which runs into millions of rupees. The family stated that Dheeraj had been living in a live-in relationship with a woman named Sweety in Pravesh Nagar for the past one year. Distressed by the sudden and mysterious death, the family has demanded an impartial and thorough investigation into the entire matter.
Police Investigation Underway
Providing details about the case, Sukhura police post investigating officer Amit Kumar stated that a call was received through Dial-112 at night reporting that an unconscious person had been found in Pravesh Nagar along with a woman. The police immediately rushed the young man to PGI, where doctors examined him and declared him dead. The police have registered a formal complaint from the family and got the post-mortem of the body conducted. Authorities noted that further legal action will be determined based on the findings of the post-mortem report and ongoing investigations.
