Financial Metrics and Valuation Dynamics
Evaluating the corporate balance sheet and sector positioning, Shivani Nyati, Head of Wealth at Swastika Investmart LTD, pointed out that the business gains from an established foothold in powertrain components along with ongoing secular expansion across electric vehicles. However, the company currently trades at an estimated price-to-earnings multiple of roughly 69x to 74x P/E, which stands significantly elevated compared to the broader peer group average of 50.2x.
On core operational efficiency ratios, return on net worth (RoNW) demonstrated progress by rising to 8.53 percent, accompanied by an operating EBITDA margin stabilizing near 10.2 percent. Despite these internal improvements, both ratios trail the benchmarks maintained by primary industry peers. Furthermore, significant revenue exposure to a limited base of buyers presents notable customer concentration risks.
Brokerage Outlook and Recommended Strategy
Weighing constructive long-term industry drivers against stretched valuation buffers, Nyati summarized the market stance, saying,
"our post-listing view is Neutral."
For prospective entrants evaluating the equity, the guidance suggests pausing for attractive entry multiples or base-building price consolidation before initiating long purchases. Conversely, existing allotment holders looking to retain their allocation have been advised to maintain a defensive stop-loss near the Rs 75 to Rs 77 price corridor to safeguard capital.
