Under this upcoming technological mechanism, the allotment of vacant berths on trains will no longer rely on manual intervention. Whenever an eligible berth becomes available, the system will automatically process the waitlist queue and confirm the ticket for RAC or waiting list passengers. Once confirmed, detailed berth and coach information will be transmitted directly to the traveler's registered mobile number via text message.
