G.D. Agarwal's death recalled
In his post, Akhilesh Yadav wrote that G.D. Agarwal had remained on a continuous hunger strike demanding the upliftment of Mother Ganga. He repeatedly placed his demand before the BJP government, but according to the post, it was never heard. Akhilesh Yadav said this silence eventually cost G.D. Agarwal his life.
Sonam Wangchuk and Ken-Betwa protesters named
The same post also named Sonam Wangchuk and the tribal farmer agitators protesting the Ken-Betwa project, raising the question of what kind of expectation they could have from the BJP.
