Leadership resolved that the upcoming campaign will pivot on taking the achievements and welfare initiatives of Bhagwant Mann's five-year administration directly to every doorstep. Contending that a substantial majority of their prior poll guarantees have already been fulfilled, the party plans to actively mobilize beneficiaries who have directly availed themselves of these state schemes.

Sharpened Criticism Over Potential Akali-BJP Alliance
Addressing shifting political dynamics in Punjab, Bhagwant Mann took aim at the prospect of the Bharatiya Janata Party reuniting with the Shiromani Akali Dal. Referring to signals previously dropped by Amit Shah and Sukhbir Badal's declaration of readiness to collaborate with like-minded entities, Mann remarking that such a reunion would come as no surprise. Law Enforcement and Drug Menace Emerge as Key Hurdles
The state government confronts severe political scrutiny regarding public safety and substance abuse across the state. Despite earlier commitments to eliminate illicit narcotics within a five-year timeframe, incidents concerning chitta distribution and youth fatalities linked to drug overdoses continue to trigger public outrage. Compounding these worries, recent instances of targeted violence against police personnel, open gunfire, and recurring homicides have fueled widespread discontent. Rival political forces, including the Bharatiya Janata Party, Shiromani Akali Dal, and Congress, are vigorously pressing these issues to put the ruling administration on the defensive.
