Boxing events will draw particular attention as five Indian pugilists enter the ring with a golden opportunity to secure a medal simply by winning their bouts. Swimming Events and Sajan Prakash Setbacks
The day began at the swimming pool where prominent Indian swimmer Sajan Prakash competed in Heat 9 of the men's 50-meter butterfly heats. However, Sajan Prakash faced disappointment as he finished eighth among eight swimmers, thereby exiting the semifinal race. He clocked a time of 24.94 seconds, while Australia's Kyle Chalmers claimed the top spot with a timing of 23.07 seconds. Later, Srihari Nataraj will compete in Heat 4 of the men's 100-meter backstroke heats. In para-swimming, A.V.V.B.K.
