India, who earned a bronze medal at this tournament last year, will now compete against the USA for a place in the final.
How the Men's Quarterfinal Unfolded
The quarterfinal tie against England went down to the wire. Aryaveer Dewan put India ahead by defeating Ronnie Hickling in the opening rubber. England leveled the score at 1-1 after Ismail Khalil got the better of Yusha Nafeez.
