Reasons Behind Ashok Siddharth's Ouster

Mayawati stated on X that among the unpleasant incidents that occurred within the party previously, Ashok Siddharth was largely responsible rather than Akash Anand. This accountability led to his expulsion and the advice that he step away from active politics. She firmly dismissed speculations regarding his potential comeback, declaring that he will not be taken back into the party under any circumstances or at any cost.
Warning Against Rumors and Party Vigilance
The BSP chief cautioned party leaders and workers against selfish elements attempting to spread misinformation through various tactics. She urged supporters to remain vigilant and dedicate themselves to ensuring the success of the programs assigned to Akash Anand. The leadership emphasized unity and active grassroots mobilization ahead of the scheduled public meetings.
Ishaan Anand Joins Central Office Operations
Additionally, Mayawati announced that Akash Anand younger brother, Ishaan Anand, will assist with operations at the BSP central office in New Delhi. Having completed his law education from London, Ishaan Anand will work under her direct guidance to manage election-related tasks and documentation processes, bolstering the party administrative and legal framework.
