Cinematic Take on the Historic Ukraine Evacuation
Initially developed under the working title L367, the production officially adopted the title Operation Ganga to reflect its dramatic real-life premise. The story draws directly from the rescue mission launched by India following the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine war, an initiative created to evacuate thousands of stranded Indian citizens, primarily university students caught in the conflict zone.
Bearing the official tagline 'A Nation’s Promise', the film dramatizes one of India's most complex and daring international rescue operations across foreign borders. The project is backed by the production banner Sree Gokulam Movies. Stunt coordination is being led by action director SeaYoung Oh, recognized for his work on Dhurandhar and Kill, while composer Shashwat Sachdev is crafting the musical score following his pan-India work on Dhurandhar.
