She also strongly objected to accusations labeling her as a homebreaker responsible for ruining Govinda and Sunita's marital life. She argued that no woman can be held responsible for breaking a household that was already broken to begin with. Furthermore, she urged people not to blindly trust anyone's words without knowing the complete reality of the situation.
Komal appealed to Sunita not to use her name for personal vested agendas. She added that she does not believe any good and devoted wife could treat her husband in such a manner.
