In the wake of this event, an alleged audio clip surfaced from a figure named Anil Pandit, who claims ties to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, prompting heightened security measures around actor Salman Khan. Heavy police deployment is now visible outside Salman Khan's residence, Galaxy Apartment, located in Bandra, Mumbai. Following the attack on Tiger Shroff on Sunday evening, police personnel were spotted wearing bulletproof jackets stationed outside the actor's home.
Salman Khan's Security Perimeter Reinforced
The security apparatus surrounding Salman Khan has been substantially strengthened. Surveillance by police has been ramped up right outside the actor's Galaxy Apartment. Amid these upgraded security arrangements, there is a heavy deployment of police personnel and a strong presence of patrol vehicles in the neighborhood. Salman Khan has long been in a sensitive security situation due to persistent threats originating from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Consequently, the appearance of the alleged audio following the attack on Tiger Shroff has once again brought the actor's personal security to the forefront of concern.
Lawrence Gang Claims Responsibility for the Attack
Reports indicate that the Lawrence Bishnoi gang has claimed responsibility for the assault on Tiger Shroff. Anil Pandit took to a Facebook post to assert responsibility for the attack. In his social media post, he stated that his gang had previously cautioned Tiger Shroff over a phone call, but the actor failed to heed the warning. The post further threatened that those who do not listen and choose to work alongside Salman Khan will face similar consequences. This particular attack on Tiger Shroff was carried out due to his closeness with Salman Khan, which has directly resulted in the immediate augmentation of Salman Khan's protective detail.
Previous Incidents Involving Other Celebrities
Salman Khan has historically remained in the crosshairs of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, with Galaxy Apartment having faced multiple attacks in the past. Prior to this, Anil Pandit had claimed responsibility for a shooting at a gym belonging to Guru Randhawa. Other prominent industry figures including Kapil Sharma, Guru Randhawa, and Rohit Shetty have previously faced fatal attacks or threats stemming from their close associations with Salman Khan.
