A simmering, long-standing dispute took a fatal turn in Haryana's Nuh district, resulting in the tragic murder of a young man. The brutal incident unfolded in Nizampur village, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Akeda police station, where a violent confrontation between two rival factions left one person dead. In the aftermath of the killing, law enforcement authorities have registered a First Information Report (FIR) under murder and other serious criminal sections against 32 named individuals and an additional 20 to 25 unidentified persons.
Bricks, Stones, And A Fatal Gunshot
The horrifying sequence of events occurred on the evening of July 21. According to the formal police complaint filed by Khurshid, a resident of Nizampur village and son of Husaina, a large group of accused individuals gathered at around 6:30 PM. The mob allegedly launched a coordinated attack on his family, beginning with a heavy barrage of bricks and stones that created total chaos and panic in the area.
Victim Succumbs To Injuries During Treatment
As the violence escalated, the complainant stated that an accused named Abbas pulled out an illegal firearm and fired a direct shot at Khurshid's 27-year-old son, Sajid. The gunshot left Sajid critically wounded and bleeding heavily on the spot. He was immediately rushed to a medical facility for urgent care, but despite the best efforts of the doctors, he succumbed to his severe injuries during treatment.
Family Alleges A Pre-Planned Attack
The grieving family members of the deceased have categorically stated that this was not a spontaneous brawl, but rather a carefully orchestrated and pre-planned assault. They revealed that the two factions had been locked in an intense dispute for a considerable amount of time. Even though multiple attempts had been made in the past to reach a compromise and settle the matter peacefully, the animosity never truly ended. The family pointed out that the sheer number of people who gathered to carry out the attack proves it was premeditated.
Four Children Left Fatherless
The deceased, Sajid, was just 27 years old and worked professionally as a mechanic to support his household. His sudden and violent death has left his family devastated, as he leaves behind his grieving wife and four young children. The shattered family is now demanding swift justice, urging the authorities to arrest all the culprits immediately and take the strictest possible legal action against them.
Police Conduct Raids As Security Tightens
The local police have swung into action to bring the perpetrators to justice. A police spokesperson confirmed that an FIR has been officially registered based on Khurshid's complaint and a thorough, in-depth investigation is currently underway. Multiple police teams have been formed and are continuously conducting raids at various suspected hideouts to apprehend the absconding attackers. To prevent any further escalation or retaliatory violence, a heavy contingent of police personnel has been deployed in Nizampur village, and officials maintain that the law and order situation is completely normal and under control.
