In his statement to the police, Krishna Kumar revealed that he has been married for approximately five years and that the couple has three young children. He alleged that his wife's behavior toward their children had been problematic for a long time, noting that she frequently lost her temper and beat the children over minor issues.
Assault Took Place When Family Members Were at Work
Police investigations into the case revealed that the tragic event unfolded on the afternoon of August 26. On that day, Krishna Kumar and his mother had left the house to go to their respective workplaces, leaving the woman at home alone with their three children. During this time, the mother reportedly started assaulting her two-year-old son without any immediate provocation. The physical abuse was underway when Krishna Kumar returned home unexpectedly.
Child Attacked With Paper Cutter During Rescue Attempt
