Jaipur-based jewellery manufacturer Advit Jewels has witnessed massive demand for its initial public offering across all investor segments in the primary market. The issue opened for bidding on June 23 and concluded on June 25. By the third and final day of the subscription window, the offering was booked an overwhelming 212.63 times overall. Bidders across every quota showed aggressive interest. According to data available on the NSE, the company put up 83,79,300 equity shares on offer to raise Rs 165.16 crore, against which it gathered applications for an enormous 1,78,16,51,400 shares.
Non-Institutional Segment Drives Massive Bidding Interest
Bidding data revealed that the non-institutional investor category witnessed the strongest demand, with its reserved portion being subscribed 536.38 times. Qualified institutional buyers also showed broad participation, booking their allocated quota 174.98 times. Retail individual investors stepped in with strong appetite as well, subscribing to their bucket 95.30 times. The issue had already sailed through full subscription on its very first day of opening on Tuesday. This widespread investor enthusiasm has placed the offering among the most favored public issues of 2026.
Issue Pricing, Lot Size, and Key Allotment Milestones
Through this public issue, Advit Jewels is aiming to raise a total of Rs 165 crore. The company had set the pricing corridor between Rs 130 and Rs 138 per equity share. For retail participants, the minimum bid size was fixed at a single lot consisting of 100 shares. Looking ahead at the post-issue calendar, the finalization of share allotment is scheduled to take place on Monday, June 29. Successful applicants will see their shares credited to demat accounts on June 30, while unallotted investors will receive their fund unblocking and refunds on the same day. The equity shares are slated to make their trading debut on the domestic bourses on Wednesday, July 1.
Grey Market Premium Signals Strong Listing Premium
On the back of immense bidding traction, sentiment in the unlisted grey market has remained elevated. Unofficial market indicators show the shares trading at a grey market premium of Rs 49, which translates to a potential listing markup of 35.51 percent over the upper price band of Rs 138 per share. With listing day still a few sessions away, the unofficial premium may see further movements, either extending gains or witnessing brief corrections before formal trading begins.
