MIDASX, operating as India's premier AI-powered B2B2C multi-asset wealth technology platform, has forged an exclusive strategic alliance with transaction aggregator MF Utilities India. The nationwide partnership aims to extend integrated multi-asset wealth infrastructure to Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) across the country, providing them with digital architecture to expand their advisory footprint and product catalog.
Expanded Multi-Asset Offerings for Independent Distributors
Through the integrated technological suite, distributors will gain seamless capability to issue and service a diverse spectrum of financial instruments. Beyond conventional Mutual Funds, MFDs can now offer Indian Equities, International Equities, Corporate Fixed Deposits, Loans against Securities (LAS), Unlisted Securities, Bonds, Market Linked Debentures (MLDs), and structured financial products. This capability shifts distributors away from single-product dependency toward comprehensive wealth management businesses.
Current Scale and Regional Reach Across India
The operational statistics for MIDASX reflect significant traction across urban and regional hubs. The platform currently supports over 2,000 registered MFDs, who collectively cater to more than 7 lakh investors. The cumulative asset footprint serviced through the ecosystem exceeds ₹2.5 lakh crore, with operations spanning over 160 cities across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets in India.
Leadership Insights on Wealth Distribution Tech
Discussing the strategic direction, Aakash Bansal, CEO of MIDASX, noted, "The next phase of India's wealth creation will be driven by empowering the people who already have the trust of investors." He emphasized that the platform's mandate focuses on rendering affordable, forward-compatible technology accessible to last-mile distributors across varied asset classes and geographical boundaries.
Reinforcing this strategic alignment, Ganesh Ram, MD & CEO of MF Utilities India, stated, "Our association with MIDASX brings together AI led technology and distribution capabilities for MF & SIF products." He highlighted that bringing technology-led operational solutions to distributors remains essential for building scalable market participation across regional networks.
Synergies with Industry Associations and Capital Raising
MIDASX also functions as the exclusive technology and strategic partner to MACG (Mutual Fund Distributor Association of Associations), an umbrella body representing more than 50 mutual fund distributor associations nationwide. Combined with the partnership with MF Utilities India, this creates an interconnected ecosystem bridging transaction infrastructure, distributor associations, and artificial intelligence tools.
To support its technology roadmap and market expansion, MIDASX has secured ₹35 crore in funding to date from family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs). The company is actively raising a further ₹200 crore in fresh equity capital to accelerate platform developments and onboard additional distribution networks.
