Keeping the original winning ticket in perfect condition is equally critical. Any ticket that has been torn, damaged, altered, or tampered with will be disqualified, and the prize claim made on its basis will not be entertained.

Along with the completed claim form, winners must attach a valid government-issued photo identity document and two recent passport-sized photographs. The winning ticket must also carry the winner's signature before it is handed in.
