The day was marked by two significant events that disrupted normal life: a student-led march against educational irregularities and a violent political face-off between the state's most prominent political parties. The epicenter of the major clash was Ashok Rajpath, where the situation rapidly deteriorated from verbal arguments to outright violence, leaving local residents in a state of panic.
The most intense confrontation unfolded right outside Sadaqat Ashram, the official headquarters of the Congress party in Bihar. Tensions reached a boiling point when a large contingent of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) supporters marched toward the Congress office. According to the facts on the ground, this demonstration was not an isolated local incident but part of a coordinated nationwide retaliation by the BJP. On Tuesday, Congress workers had staged a massive protest outside the Prime Minister's residence in New Delhi. In response, BJP cadres across the country were directed to surround and lay siege to Congress offices on Wednesday.
