The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has announced that the Class 10 and 12 board examinations for the year 2027 will commence on February 16. The detailed schedule and date sheet for both classes are expected to be released soon on the official website rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in. In a notable modification to the 2027 examination schedule, the board has revised the exam timing, shifting the start time from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Previous Year Timeline and Results
During the previous academic cycle, the Rajasthan board exams were conducted between February and March. The Class 10 examinations began on February 12 and concluded on February 28, whereas the Class 12 examinations started on February 12 and ended on March 11. Following the conclusion of exams, the board announced the Class 10 results on March 24 and the Class 12 results on March 31.
Model Papers and Official Announcements
To assist students with their preparation, the Rajasthan board has already released the official model papers for both Class 10 and Class 12 examinations. Students can check and download these practice papers from the official portal. However, the board has currently announced only the commencement date rather than the comprehensive date sheet.
Expected Release of the Full Date Sheet
Students will need to wait a little longer for the complete date sheet to be published. Last year, the Rajasthan board released the full date sheet for Class 10 and 12 in December, while the schedule for the 2025 exams was published in January. This time as well, the complete examination timetable is anticipated to be released during the month of December.
