During the AIIMS CRE-5 re-examination, a sudden server breakdown prevented the test from starting on schedule. The technical failure caused immense distress among the candidates gathered at the venue, delaying the commencement of the examination by nearly thirty minutes.
System crashes again within twenty minutes
After a half-hour delay, the examination was somehow initiated, but within a mere twenty minutes, technical trouble struck again. The repeated interruptions and system crashes caused the candidates appearing for the test to lose their patience entirely. A chaotic atmosphere quickly developed both inside and outside the examination center, leading angry candidates and accompanying parents to stage heavy protests and raise slogans against the administration.
Power cuts during NEET-PG exam a day prior
Amid the commotion, the protesting candidates raised serious questions regarding the competence and operational methods of the testing agency and center management. Students alleged that at this very same examination center just a day earlier, a power outage and similar technical glitches had severely disrupted the NEET-PG examination. Facing electricity failures and technical disarray on two consecutive days has triggered massive anger among the aspirants.
Previous cancellations shadowed by repeated mismanagement
It is notable that examinations for certain groups under the AIIMS CRE-5 recruitment drive had previously been canceled due to mismanagement and technical flaws. Aspirants had expected foolproof arrangements during the re-examination, but the exact same negligence and server downtime issues resurfaced. Such repeated failures threaten to ruin the futures and hard work of candidates who traveled from far-flung areas to take the test.
