The second season of the reality show Lock Upp 2 concluded with Shreya Kalra taking home the winner's trophy. Throughout the season, viewers witnessed intense drama, strategic gameplay, and high-voltage arguments. Among the most talked-about dynamics was the fierce feud between Shreya Kalra and popular television actress Shivangi Joshi. Their relationship had deteriorated to a point where fans believed reconciliation was nearly impossible. However, the grand success party held after the finale presented a completely different picture, as both celebrities set aside their past grievances and took center stage together.
Surprise Dance Performance at the Success Bash
Show creator Ekta Kapoor shared a video from the celebration on her official Instagram handle, which quickly gained widespread attention across social media platforms. In the clip, Shreya Kalra and Shivangi Joshi are seen dancing enthusiastically to the iconic Bollywood track 'Chalo Ishq Ladaaye', originally featuring Govinda and Raveena Tandon. Their carefree chemistry came as a major surprise to attendees and fans alike. The event was attended by fellow contestants alongside several prominent figures from the television and film industry. Captioning the video, Ekta Kapoor extended her congratulations to the winner of Lock Upp: Saccha Ya Sazaa.
The Escalation of the Name-Change Challenge
During the course of the competition, tensions between the two contestants reached a high point when Shivangi Joshi issued a sharp challenge to Shreya. Shivangi declared that if Shreya Kalra managed to win the Lock Upp trophy, she would change her own name. Shreya responded in kind, asking which new name Shivangi planned to adopt. As the finale approached, the rivalry intensified further when Shreya utilized a special power advantage in an attempt to orchestrate Shivangi's elimination from the show.
Harshad Chopda's Sacrifice and Aftermath
The course of the game shifted dramatically when Harshad Chopda intervened. Having already secured his spot as the first finalist of the season, Harshad exercised his special authority to save Shivangi. By voluntarily eliminating himself, Harshad propelled Shivangi directly into the finale. This unexpected turn of events sparked significant debate online and led to intense social media trolling targeting Shivangi. Nevertheless, the recent celebration video demonstrates that intense rivalries created inside reality television shows often end once the cameras stop rolling.
