Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has written a special letter addressed to the people and students of the state on the birth anniversary of the legendary martyr Bhagat Singh, titled 'Yogi ki Paati'. Through this message, he paid tribute to the immense sacrifice of the freedom fighter and called upon the younger generation to draw inspiration from his ideals.
The Chief Minister noted in the letter that Bhagat Singh sacrificed everything for the motherland at the tender age of just 23 years. He stated that this birth anniversary serves as an opportunity to infuse new energy into our commitments by placing national duty above everything else. He recalled how Bhagat Singh gave up his life to liberate India from the chains of colonial subjugation.

In the communique, the Chief Minister stressed that to eradicate societal curses like casteism, substance abuse, and other deep-rooted social evils, people must draw lessons from the unmatched courage and unwavering patriotism of Bhagat Singh.

CM Yogi highlighted that Bhagat Singh was an avid reader and a scholar proficient in multiple languages, including Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, and English. His life teaches youngsters how to turn knowledge into personal strength, keep the eagerness to learn alive, and connect concrete actions with determined goals.
Highlighting Youth Welfare Schemes
The letter points out that when knowledge is coupled with proper skill development, youth can transform their talent into capability and fulfill their aspirations. He detailed that the state government is providing necessary assistance to young people in education, competitive exam coaching, enterprise building, and innovation.
He specifically mentioned initiatives like the Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana for free competitive examination coaching, the Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan for establishing businesses and generating employment, and the Startup Policy aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and creative innovations.

The Chief Minister urged the youth to make the best use of the educational infrastructure available across Uttar Pradesh. He mentioned that modern libraries and digital hubs are being developed in every district in honor of Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee to ensure easy access to knowledge for everyone.
