Preparations for this mega placement drive have been underway for the past month and are now almost complete. According to the District Employment Office, extensive arrangements have been made to ensure a seamless experience for all participants. Ankita, the In-charge District Employment Officer of Munger, shared that approximately 20 prominent private sector companies will participate in the fair. Instead of candidates visiting multiple corporate offices across different locations, this drive gathers recruiters under one roof. The district administration will act as a facilitator and service provider throughout the day to support candidates and recruiters alike.
Participating Sectors and Key Recruiters Offering Roles
A diverse array of industries will set up recruitment booths at the fair, offering placements across multiple domains. Key industries participating include automobile, textile, insurance, logistics, microfinance, security, and e-commerce. Notable companies and their respective sectors include
- Textile Sector: Prominent textile manufacturing firm Welspun along with other garment enterprises will conduct recruitment.
- Insurance and Finance: Financial and insurance firms such as Policybazaar and LIC will interview prospective candidates.
- Logistics and Automobile: Transport and automotive supply chain giants including MRF, Suzuki Motors related units, and Hero MotoCorp will hire for multiple operational roles.
- Electronics and E-Commerce: Tata Electronics as a third-party recruiter alongside quick-commerce and retail brands like Blinkit, Zepto, and V2 will participate in the hiring process.
- Banking and Security Services: Financial inclusion platform Airtel Payments Bank and security firm SIS will offer entry-level and executive positions.

The designated age criteria for applicants is between 18 and 40 years, though specific academic standards and experience requirements will vary depending on the employer and role.
Starting at 10 AM on the day of the event, participating companies will initiate candidate registration directly at their designated stalls. Document verification and candidate interviews will take place on the spot. Additionally, local skill development centers operating in Munger district will also erect information stalls to guide youth on training programs and technical skill enhancement.
