A new employment opportunity has emerged for job seekers who have passed the 10th grade in Begusarai and nearby districts of Bihar. The District Employment Office in Begusarai is organizing a job camp where the private sector firm SVATANTRA MICROFIN LTD will offer recruitment opportunities to young candidates. This initiative was detailed by Ankita, the planning officer at the District Employment Office.
Position Details And Eligibility
The recruitment drive covers two distinct roles within the company. There are 25 openings designated for SFO and 15 openings for RO-C. The minimum educational qualification required for both positions is passing the 10th standard. Regarding age limits, candidates must be between 18 and 28 years old for the SFO role, and between 18 and 32 years old for the RO-C role. Successful candidates selected for these positions will receive a monthly salary of ₹12,500.
Additional Benefits And Work Location
Apart from the base salary, workers will also benefit from several extra provisions. These include Provident Fund, ESIC, gratuity, insurance, and fuel allowances. Notably, the assigned work location will be within a radius of 50 to 100 kilometers from the candidate's home, making daily commuting manageable.

Pankaj Rajpoot, a Young Professional at the District Employment Office, noted that prior registration on the NCS Portal (www.ncs.gov.in) is mandatory. Interested candidates must reach the job camp venue on October 15 along with their resume. Essential documents to carry include a resume, Aadhaar card, PAN card, relevant educational certificates, bank passbook, and two recent passport-size color photographs. Candidates are advised to arrive at the venue on time to participate in the hiring process.
