Railway authorities have rolled out an interstate special train connecting Muzaffarpur in Bihar with Hubballi in Karnataka to tackle the heavy passenger traffic anticipated during the festive rush. With millions of workers and families planning to return home for Durga Puja, Diwali, and Chhath Mahaparv, North Central Railway announced this service to ensure verified reservations and cut down the seasonal waiting lists along key travel corridors.

The service will provide direct transit links across several prominent cities in northern, central, western, and southern India. North Central Railway confirmed that the train will halt in both directions at major junctions throughout its long journey. Within Bihar, stops include Hajipur, Patliputra, Danapur, Ara, and Buxar before crossing into Uttar Pradesh to halt at Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction and Prayagraj Chheoki.
As it traverses central and western routes, passengers can board or deboard at Satna, Katni, Jabalpur, Itarsi, and Khandwa in Madhya Pradesh, followed by Bhusawal, Manmad, Kopargaon, Ahilyanagar, Daund Chord Line, Pune, Satara, Karad, Sangli, and Miraj in Maharashtra. In Karnataka, the train will cater to commuters at Ghataprabha, Belagavi, Londa, and Dharwad prior to reaching Hubballi.
