Twenty-two-year-old Suman Devi, daughter of Prakash Oraon, experienced severe labor pains on Sunday evening. Because the village lacks a proper paved road network, standard ambulances cannot reach the area. Desperate to get her medical attention, family members arranged a tractor to transport her toward the Harnatand Primary Health Center.
