Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan has returned home following a successful knee surgery at a hospital in Mumbai. The 'Chandu Champion' actor recently sustained a knee injury while filming an action sequence on a movie set, which necessitated surgical intervention and hospitalization for proper medical treatment. Due to this unexpected injury, the actor had to temporarily halt his shooting schedule for a few days, but he is expected to resume work gradually as his recovery progresses and he regains his health.
Recovery at Home and Expected Return to Sets
According to his spokesperson, the actor is currently recuperating well and looks forward to getting back in front of the camera soon. His spokesperson stated that Kartik Aaryan suffered a knee injury while shooting action scenes on his film set, adding that his surgery was completed successfully and he is now back home resting, recovering, and preparing to return to the sets shortly.

On the professional front, Kartik Aaryan recently achieved a monumental career milestone by winning the Best Actor in a Leading Role award at the 72nd National Film Awards. He received this prestigious accolade for his powerful portrayal of India's first Paralympic gold medalist, Murlikant Petkar, in the biographical sports drama Chandu Champion, directed by Kabir Khan. Expressing his overwhelming joy on social media, the actor wrote that he still could not believe it, noting that some moments are bigger than words and this was certainly one of them, making his longtime dream come true while expressing eternal gratitude for the National Award recognition.
