This prime office space is situated on the 7th floor of the high-profile Trade Centre building, boasting a carpet area of 2,619 square feet. Additionally, the premium deal includes a dedicated car parking space.

The registered value of this transaction stands at Rs 10.75 crore, and the deal incurred a substantial stamp duty payment of Rs 64.50 lakh, as per the registration details.
