While the results for numerous other subjects were published back in August, these three papers faced a delay, leaving thousands of candidates waiting for their final scores until now.

The examination was successfully administered across 272 cities nationwide, accommodating a massive turnout of aspirants. According to the official data released by the National Testing Agency, a total of 1,96,491 candidates had registered for these three examinations. Out of this registered pool, roughly 61 percent or 1,20,355 students actually appeared for the test. Among those who took the exam, a total of 35,588 candidates successfully qualified. This winning count constitutes approximately 29.57 percent of all students who attended the examination. Notably, this cycle allowed thousands of young scholars to secure eligibility not just for traditional fellowships and lectureships, but exclusively for PhD admissions as well.

Meanwhile, in Sociology, the cut-off climbed even higher, reaching 232 marks. Additionally, eligibility for assistant professorship was achieved by 11,610 candidates, translating to nearly 9.65 percent. Furthermore, candidates qualifying exclusively for PhD admissions numbered 23,154, which accounts for 19.24 percent of the pool.
