Gill's return to the summit comes on the back of his impressive performance in the three match ODI series against England, where he accumulated 188 runs. His rise to the top position was also aided by an injury to Daryl Mitchell, which impacted the overall standings at the head of the table.
Test Cricket Rankings Shifts: Bowlers and Batters Make Big Gains
The latest update to the Test rankings reflects several notable movements following recent international action between Pakistan and the West Indies. Fast bowler Justin Greaves made a significant leap after taking seven wickets in the first Test match against Pakistan, climbing 21 places to secure the 48th position in the bowling list. Star bowler Jayden Seales also registered a strong performance by taking five wickets in Pakistan's second innings, which pushed him up five spots to 24th place overall.

At the top of the T20I batting rankings, Ishan Kishan continues to hold the number one position with an impressive total of 910 rating points. He maintains a solid lead over Pakistan's Sahibzada Farhan, who occupies second place with 848 rating points.
